To be nerdy, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. What that means in English is we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day.
A class designed to develop core stability, improved range of motion, and preventing injuries. We do this first by analyzing the athlete and their weaknesses; our program is tailored to the specific needs of that athlete. Run drills are added to the program as the weather warms up, but this session is not to make people run, but to make them stronger and more resilient runners.

If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1 on 1 to reach your fitness goals.
