This week we only have 2 Days that are a little different!
Friday- 8am Lift & 3:30pm WOD/Lift
For the Members taking part in he Strength Program!
You need to print out Weeks 3&4
As you can see Monday/Friday we have an AM and PM Lift
I will be there at 5AM Monday to complete the lifts, if you are able to make it to both times I suggest you try and be there at that time!
You can do the WOD that PM!
If you are not planning on coming to the second lift you do not have to be at the gym by 5AM!
