What BIO does

Bring It On (B.I.O.) Crossfits motto is there is no excuse for cutting corners to reaching your goals, we will always hit every workout with full range of motion and perfect form. Each workout will be constantly varying to increase work capacity across broad time & modal domains. This is the fundamentals of CrossFit and forging elite fitness, which B.I.O. will never deviate from.

Classes are orchestrated by our CrossFit certified trainers and will last approximately one hour.  The WOD (workouts of the day) is the main focus of the class, it includes but is not limited to, a warm-up, review of technique and skill work involved in the day’s workout. Safety is our number one goal.  We practice what we preach and you will never be asked to do a workout or an exercise that we haven’t done ourselves.

The workouts are competitive but egos are not tolerated!  CrossFit, itself is “the sport of fitness”.  The idea is to get you to stop thinking of working out as a “chore” and start thinking of it as a sport.  Push yourself for better times, better scores, higher weights, better technique and you will find yourself actually having fun among friends looking to achieve the same goals.  Forget about the “chore” and before you know it, you will be stronger, faster, healthier, more functional so…

 Bring It On!

OUR GOALS FOR YOU ARE:

1.  Safety

2.  Fun

3.  Motivation

4.  Improved endurance

5.  Decreased body fat

6.  Improved GPP (general physical preparedness)

7.  Increased lean muscle mass

8.  Improved strength

9.  Improved functionality

10.  Improve your ability to Live your Life!

    Hi,
I am interested in starting crossfit…when are the fundamental classes offered?
    Many Thanks,
    Brooke

As of now they are incorporated into the class time. In April we will be starting up a separate fundamentals class which will be a separate cost. If you sign up now you will be getting the course included in your monthly cost. Swing by whenever you’d like, and try out your first class for free!

  2. When’s the best time slot for the first class for a beginner? I’d like to check it out in the evening sometime soon.
