After many months of waiting tomorrow December 4th will be the Grand Opening!! So that means that you will have until January 3rd to take advantage of the Free Fundamentals course! So come in during any class and sign up to be a part of BIO CrossFit! Class Times are as follows:
5:30 a.m.
6:30 a.m.
7:30 a.m.
8:30 a.m.
4 p.m.
5 p.m.
6 p.m.
and Saturday at 9 a.m.!

On Monday we will be having our final inspection!! What that means: If we Pass we open Tuesday Morning. If we Fail we still open Tuesday morning with a temporary pass. We should be finishing with all the painting and flooring by Saturday Morning, if you’d like to swing by Saturday to check it out feel free, we will be there from 10am until around 2pm.
Get excited, opening day is just around the corner!!
