Some of you have noticed that in the past week we have been implementing “Strength/Skill” Sessions after our metcon’s. The reason for this change is in two parts: one of which is that it is cold most days as BIO CrossFit and we want to make sure you are all properly warmed up. The most important part is preparing your body to be able to move loads or do complex movements at a fatigued state. The more you are prepared for these the less likely of chance of injury.
